Hawaiian Style Short Ribs

  • 2 lbs. beef short ribs
  • 1 package of Hawaiian Pride Hawaiian BBQ Sauce

Directions: Marinate short ribs in Hawaiian Pride Hawaiian BBQ Sauce for 30 minutes or overnight for best results. For grilling – place on grill and cook until done. Pan Frying – place short ribs in non-stick pan and cook on medium heat on each side for 3 minutes or until done.

Shoyu Chicken

Shoyu Chicken

  • 2 lbs. chicken (thighs / breast)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 package Hawaiian Pride Shoyu Chicken Sauce

Directions: Combine water and entire package of Hawaiian Pride Shoyu Chicken Sauce and bring to a boil. Add chicken and cover. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.

Hawaiian Style Kim Chee Fried Rice

Hawaiian Style Kim Chee Fried Rice

  • 5 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • ½ cup green onions (chopped)
  • ½ cup Char Sui Pork (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 package Hawaiian Pride Kim Chee Fried Rice
  • Optional items:
  • ¾  cup kim chee (chopped)
  • 1 cup frozen vegetables (rinsed and set aside)

Directions: Heat oil and stir fry eggs until scrambled. Add cooked rice, char sui pork, kim chee fried rice sauce and mix well. (Optional items can be added at this time as well) Cook for another 5 minutes mixing all ingredients together. Remove from pan and place in plate or bowl. Garnish with green onions and serve.

Stir Fry Beef

Stir Fry Beef

  • 2lbs beef
  • 1 medium carrot (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp. green onion (chopped)
  • 6 mushroom (sliced)
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil (can substitute other oils)
  • 1 package Hawaiian Pride Stir Fry Sauce

Directions: Lightly fry carrots and broccoli in oil for 3 minutes.  Until lightly cooked. Add beef and cook for another 3 minutes or until beef is almost fully cooked. Add mushrooms, green onions and cook for another 3 minutes. Add entire packages of Hawaiian Pride Stir Fry Sauce and cook for another 3 minutes or until beef is done. Remove from heat and serve.

Char Sui

Char Sui

  • 2 lbs. of chicken or pork. (use a thin cut of pork)
  • 1 package of Hawaiian Pride Char Sui Sauce

Directions: Marinate meat in Hawaiian Pride Char Sui Sauce for 4 hours or overnight for best results. Cooking methods: Place in oven and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or: Grill in pan for 4 minutes on each side or until done.
